1999 – 2003 Served Vice President of Purchasing for US Foodservice, Inc. (formerly Alliant Food Service) Rocky Mount, NC. Responsible for merchandising and purchasing for $100 Million division with inventory of $5 Million. Supervised nine subordinate managers and professionals including category and marketing managers, logistic manager and buyers.

1999 – 2001 Centralized and managed the purchasing and merchandising for both the Rock Mount and Charlotte Alliant facilities.

1981 – 1994 Employed by Kraft Foodservice as District Procurement Manager

1978 – 1981 Employed by Saga Foodservice as Food Service Manager – Contract B & I
