FAQ's

Does Doerle's charge extra for packaging, dry ice or delivery?
No. Doerle does not charge extra for packaging, dry ice or delivery for normal, weekly deliveries. Extra charges may apply for order cancellation after an order is delivered, a need for re-icing an order (bad weather). There will be charges for deliveries, boxes, tape and dry ice for Hurricane related re-shipments, re-icing, etc.


How far in advance of deliveries do you have to have my grocery order in the Doerle's office?
We would appreciate having the orders 48 hours in advance of delivery. However, we know that in some cases customers are not able to give anymore than a 24 hour notice and we understand.


What happens if I order an item that Doerle's does not have in inventory?
Both Broussard Energy & Marine and Port Fourchon have alliances with vendors from whom we can source any food, paper or cleaning supply product ordered.
