DFS pays life insurance for those with Health & Dental Plan - $25,000 Life Insurance & $50,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment. Voluntary Life Insurance – Guaranteed Issue Amount $100,000 (No medical exam required). Eligible after first month of employment. Other Life Insurance options are available.
