Mr. Benamati has been in the
foodservice industry for over 20 years. He began on the other side of the fence as a member of a new restaurant opening management team for Brinker International, where he helped open 5 new Chili's Grill & Bar restaurants in the North Louisiana market.

He was then recruited to the sales side as a district sales representative for Consolidated Companies in 1995 and along the way to being promoted to District Sales Manager he was recognized as Rookie of the Year, Salesman of the Year and Quickest to Commission ever for the Shreveport location. As a District Manager he grew the central Louisiana district from $9m to $13m in three years. He received District of the Year accolades in
2003 & 2004. He served on the board for the Cenla chapter of the LRA in 2002 & 2003.

He landed at Doerle Food Service in 2011 and is responsible for growing a district that encompasses Shreveport and Monroe, LA.
